Samuel is an entrepreneur in growth marketing and digital strategy, exploring the field of catering, education, IT consulting and experiential learning with his partners. He also works as a freelance reporter for Singapore Media in Chinese Current Affairs Programme and a columnist for HKEJ, HKET, HK01, thestandnews in public policy.

While pursuing an education degree in Chinese History, he spent his time as a history researcher and historical relic collector in Oversea Chinese History.  He has founded a history society called "Hong Kong Young Historian Initiative" that hosted the first-ever undergraduate academic conference in History.
